Kahlúa & Coffees

Only Kahlúa tastes like Kahlúa. Oooh, how it perks things up.

Oooh’s the word. Because the taste of these Kahlúa coffees is sure to coax a long, satisfied “oooh” from even the most stubborn lips. Elegant nectar that it is, Kahlúa adds a marvelous quality to all manner of coffees. At brunch. After dinner. In front of the fireplace. With friends. You choose the occasion. Kahlúa will make it memorable … and simple.

Oooh, taste this: Kahlúa Irish Coffee.

This one’s delicious enough to make the Fightin’ Irish stop to have a cup. An ounce of Kahlúa, a half-ounce of Irish whiskey, a fill-up of coffee, and a topper of whipped cream.

Oooh, what a brew: Kahlúa Mexicana Coffee.

You’ll invariably serve this to choruses of “Ole!” (and that’s no bull). An ounce of Kahlúa, a half-ounce of tequila, a fill-up of coffee. Mucho enjoyable, with or without whipped cream and a sprinkling of shaved chocolate.

Oooh, that’s good: Kahlúa & Coffee.

Simply, Kahlúa in your favorite coffee. Regular. Decaffein- ated. Espresso. It all tastes better with Kahlúa. For an extra special touch, top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Oooh, paradise: Kahlúa Keoki Coffee.

A superb taste, enjoyed on islands from Oahu to Manhattan. An ounce of Kahlúa, a half-ounce of brandy or cognac, a fill-up of coffee, whipped cream if you like. Now just sip … and savor.

Oooh, delizioso: Kahlúa Cappucino.

Those wonderful Italians keep discovering things … like America … and this fabulous coffee. For each serving combine and heat: 1/2 cup water, 2 tsp. instant coffee, 1/2 cup cream or milk, 1/2 tsp. cocoa. Remove from heat. Add 1 oz. Kahlúa, 1/2 oz. cognac. Top with whipped cream if you like.

There’s ooohdles more.

Kahlúa perks up all manner of drinks, desserts and foods. Our recipe book is chock full of how to’s. Do send for it. With our compliments. Kahlúa, Dept. A, PO. Box 8925, Universal City, CA 91608.

Pssst …

Kahlúa is beautiful to enjoy … beautiful to give. If you’d like extra recipe books to give with it, we’ll be happy to oblige.

About The Blog

The latter group are often referred to as “mixologists,” a term given to practitioners of “mixology,” which is really just another way of referring to the practice of making good cocktails. Mixology might seem like a newfangled term, but it’s actually pretty old, like mid-19th century old, and was only revived as a way to describe the recent renaissance of bartenders caring (a lot) about their craft.
