  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz ruby port
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup

  • Angostura bitters
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine the bourbon, ruby port, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake the ingredients (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the foam.
  6. Enjoy!
