April Fool Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, blue curaçao, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds.
  3. Add ice and shake again for another 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass.
  5. Top with a splash of club soda.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or a small plastic toy.
