Description
(1) Alexander Cocktail
1/3 Crème de Cacao
1/3 Brandy
1/3 Fresh Cream.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

In a shaker place one-third gin, one-third Creme de Cocoa, and one-third rich cream. Fill with ice and shake well in order to get a thorough mixture. Strain and serve in cocktail glass.

One-half soft coffee ice cream
Shake well

1/3 Cream Shake.

2 parts gin
1 part crême de cacao
1 part heavy cream.
Heap caviare on rounds of toast, garnish with chopped egg and a dash of scraped onion, place in a hot oven for one and one-half minutes.
Serve plenty of olives and pickled onions with this.

Into the shaker go
Two parts gin
One part creme de cocoa
One part lime juice
and a pony of thick sweet cream
Add lots of ice and shake violently.

Nutmeg ….. to taste
Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve.

Coffee Ice Cream ….. 1/2 jigger
Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

⅓ Crème de Cacao.
⅓ Brandy.
¼ Fresh Cream.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
(14) Alexander Cocktail
Fill the shaker half full of broken ice and add: one liqueur glass of brown Cream of Cocoa, add some fresh cream, shake well and strain’ into a cocktail glass.
