Jack Daniel’s hollow is an especially good place to make Tennessee whiskey and Charcoal Mellow it to a rare sippin’ smoothness.
We have a cave with a pure limestone spring running out of it at 56° year-round. We have good neighbors who bring us fine grains. And we nave a rickyard backed up to a steep cliff where we can rick-burn hard maple charcoal to gentle our whiskey. So, we can tell you, the Hollow is a good place to make Tennessee whiskey. Friends of Jack Daniel’s can tell you most any place is a good place to sip it.
