8 Cocktails for Malbec World Day
Holidays and Observances

Malbec World Day is an annual event celebrated on April 17th that pays tribute to the Malbec grape variety. Malbec is a red wine grape that is originally from France, but is now most commonly associated with Argentina. Malbec World Day was established by the Wines of Argentina organization in 2011, with the goal of promoting Malbec wine worldwide and celebrating the contribution that the Malbec grape has made to the Argentine wine industry. The day is marked with various events and activities, including wine tastings, special dinners, and cultural events, both in Argentina and around the world.

About The Blog

The latter group are often referred to as “mixologists,” a term given to practitioners of “mixology,” which is really just another way of referring to the practice of making good cocktails. Mixology might seem like a newfangled term, but it’s actually pretty old, like mid-19th century old, and was only revived as a way to describe the recent renaissance of bartenders caring (a lot) about their craft.
