National Proofreading Day is a day to celebrate the importance of careful proofreading and editing. To celebrate this day, here are 10 delicious alcoholic cocktails that you can enjoy while raising a glass to the power of proofreading:

  1. Red Pen Cocktail – Mix equal parts of vodka, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wedge and a red pen.
  2. Grammar Police Cocktail – Mix gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice with a splash of blue curacao. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
  3. The Oxford Comma – Mix equal parts of vodka, triple sec, and cranberry juice with a splash of lime juice. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
